- Micki FTina's chocolate brownies are THE BOMB! So are the vanilla wafers, the smoky cheddar cheese crackers, the sourdough bread, and well, just about everything I've tried. I've been a steady customer (and friend) of hers since the beginning of her gluten-free cooking business/adventure, and she's the best there is in the Tri-Cities. No question about it!
- Allison WAs someone who is unable to eat gluten without extremely severe stomach pain, this shop is an absolute blessing. Found them at the farmers market and had a hay-day. And to make it even better... the food is SO good!!! The brownie, the raspberry-cream filled pockets, the cookies, the zucchini bread... you’d never realize it’s gluten free, because it tastes amazing!!! Once my stash from the market is depleted, I’m heading over there ASAP to re-stock. I hope this place never goes out of business, and I’m so thankful that it exists. Thank you Tina!
